Trading successfully for the past seven years, Optimum originally starting out as a two man enterprise with a small clientele in 1999, through hard work and excellent business management, we have gradually grown into one of the largest auto repair businesses in the district.

We aim to offer superior quality automotive repair services and focus on personalized service to all of our customers by offering convenience, a quick turnaround in service and excellence in all repair work.

Optimum has a very reputable relationship with the local towing companies and with all of the major insurance companies.

Ownership & Management

Optimum is owned by Raffi Shishoian, managed by Michael Lauricella and Anthony Bakalian.

Raffi has eighteen years experience in the panel beating industry, eleven years as a licensed panel beater and seven years as an Auto Repair business owner since 1999.

Michael has 11 years experience in the spray painting and panel beating industry along with twelve years experience as an estimator. Michael also holds certificates for OH&S Consultation and Office Management.

Anthony is a qualified mechanic with three years experience as a Mechanical repairs business owner, three years as a Manager at a reputable automotive wrecking yard, two years employment at Optimum as a mechanic and has recently been promoted to Operations Manager.
